Do you, as a company, sometimes have products in stock that you can no longer sell? Would you like to share them with people in need? Our association can recover your unsold products.

What products can you donate?

  • Fresh fruit and vegetables
  • Various preserves: fruit and vegetables, fish, sauces and ready meals.
  • Fresh products: cold meats, dairy products and ready meals.
  • Various frozen products
  • Various grocery products: coffee, cereals, sugar, flour, oil, milk, pasta, rice, purée, jams, etc.
  • Various hygiene products: soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, etc.
  • Children's products: baby milk, children's snacks, various hygiene and care products, nappies, etc.
  • Various household cleaning products
  • Various equipment

How to donate

Contact us with the following information, so that we can organise the best possible way of handling your donation with our logistics team:

  • A description of the product
  • The packaging
  • Expiry dates (Best before/Use by)
  • Quantity
  • Delivery or collection date
  • All your company details

We can accept short “Best before / Use by” expiry dates of at least 10 days.

Are you a local shop or supermarket?

We can collect your surplus or unsold products.

What products can you donate?

You can donate food and non-food products based on the list above.

Food products can be donated to Resto du Coeur if the expiry date has not passed and there is sufficient time to redistribute them.

Hygiene (FASFC) and safety rules must also be strictly observed.

Certain products may not be donated due to their high sensitivity, in accordance with the regulations in force:

  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Unpackaged refrigerated products that have been offered for sale
  • Various preparations that have been made on the premises
  • Chilled preparations containing whipped cream or custard
  • Chilled products that are damaged or abnormal in appearance

Are you a fruit and vegetable producer who would like to make a donation to the Resto du Coeur?

PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS

Are you a private individual and are you looking for a charity to donate food or equipment to?

What products can you donate?

  • Fresh products: cold meats, dairy products and ready meals.
  • Various frozen products
  • Various grocery products: coffee, cereals, sugar, flour, oil, milk, pasta, rice, purée, jams, etc.
  • Various hygiene products: soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, etc.
  • Children's products: baby milk, children's snacks, various hygiene and care products, nappies, etc.
  • Various household cleaning products

Since 2019, we are no longer authorised by the FASFC to receive home-cooked products, frozen products or products that need to be kept refrigerated, even if they have respected the cold chain.
