On Monday 21 December 2015, the Federation of the Belgian Resto du Coeur celebrated the 30th anniversary of the opening of the first Belgian Resto du Coeur.

It’s hard to forget its creator and patron, particularly when he’s called Coluche, yet we are delighted to announce that Jean-Luc Fonck has kindly agreed to take over the task on this anniversary.
